§ 10-17-9-2 — Gifts; legacies; devises; conveyances
The home may receive for the use of the institution and expend as the donor directs:
(1)gifts;
(2)legacies;
(3)devises; and
(4)conveyances;
of real and personal property that are made, given, or granted to or for
the home or in its name.
