Text
As used in this chapter, "prisoner of war or person missing in action" means a person who:
(1)was a resident of Indiana at the time the person entered service
of the United States armed forces; and
(2)while serving in the United States armed forces, was declared
a prisoner of war or a person missing in action as established by
the United States Secretary of Defense after January 1, 1960.
