§ 10-17-4-3 — Action for damages
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 17 VETERANS' AFFAIRS·Ch. 4 Leave of Absence for Military Training
If an employer fails to comply with sections 1 and 2 of this chapter, an employee may:
(1)bring an action at law for damages for the employer's
noncompliance; or
(2)apply to the circuit court, superior court, or probate court for
equitable relief that is just and proper under the circumstances.
