Text
A provider under section 6 of this chapter,
including a physician who supervises treatment, is immune from civil
and criminal liability for an act or omission relating to the use of
hyperbaric oxygen treatment to treat a veteran under the pilot program,
unless the act or omission constitutes gross negligence or willful or
wanton misconduct.
