Text
The department may deny an incomplete application if all required documentation is not received within thirty
(30)days after the date the applicant filed the application. If the thirty
(30)day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday under
a state statute, the deadline for receiving the documentation shall be the
next business day. The department shall return an incomplete
application with a notation as to omissions. The return of an incomplete
application shall be without prejudice.
