Text

(a)A veteran who is eligible to be buried in a national cemetery according to 38 U.S.C. 2402 is eligible to be buried in the Indiana state veterans' cemetery established by this chapter.
(b)The spouse of a veteran who is eligible to be buried in a national cemetery according to 38 U.S.C. 2402 is eligible to be buried in the Indiana state veterans' cemetery established by this chapter.
(c)An individual who is a member of:
(1)a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States:
(A)who was discharged or released from service under conditions other than dishonorable; or
(B)whose death occurs under conditions other than dishonorable while a member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States;
(2)the Indiana Army National Guard or the Indiana Air National Guard
