Text
An action on civil proceeding may not be presented against:
(1)any member of the armed forces of Indiana who prefers
charges against any person subject to military discipline; or
(2)any member of a military court or officer or person acting
under the court's authority or reviewing its proceedings on
account of the:
(A)approval, imposition, or execution of any sentence;
(B)imposition or collection of a fine or penalty; or
(C)execution of any warrant, writ, execution, process, or
mandate of a military court.
