Text
If a sentence of imprisonment is to be served
in a place other than in a guardhouse or tent, the reviewing authority in
the case of a general or special court-martial and the summary court
officer in the case of a summary court-martial shall issue to the sheriff
of the county where the confinement has been ordered by the reviewing
authority an order of confinement in a form approved by the adjutant
general.
