§ 10-16-9-13 — United States military laws and regulations
The general principle and spirit of the
military laws and regulations for the government of the armed forces
of the United States, when not in conflict with the express provisions
of this chapter or the Constitution of the State of Indiana, shall be the
guide of commanding officers and courts-martial.
