Text
(a)A person connected with the military
service:
(1)shall treat a court-martial with respect; and
(2)in default of respectful consideration, may be proceeded
against by arrest and trial.
(b)A person who is not connected with the military service shall
behave with respect and decorum toward a court-martial.
(c)A person who engages in disorderly conduct in the presence of
a court-martial commits a Class C infraction.
