Text

(a)The reviewing authority shall designate:
(1)the jail of any county; and
(2)when ordered out of the state for duty, an appropriate place of confinement; as the place where any sentence of confinement by a military court shall be executed.
(b)Unless the commanding officer who ordered the sentence directs otherwise, a sentence of confinement shall be served on a consecutive day basis. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-5-11.]
