§ 10-16-8-9 — Qualifications; citizenship; dishonorable discharge from military organizations
A person may not be commissioned or enlisted
in the Indiana guard reserve if the person is not a citizen of the United
States or if the person has been expelled or dishonorably discharged
from any military or naval organization of this state, of another state,
or of the United States.
