5.
(a)As used in this chapter, "qualified
member" refers to a member of the Indiana National Guard or a reserve
component of the armed forces of the United States who is:
(1)a state employee; and
(2)called to active duty (as defined by section 23(a) of this
chapter).
(b)The term includes a full-time or part-time state employee. The
term does not include a temporary or intermittent state employee.
