§ 10-16-7-2 — "Member"
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 16 INDIANA MILITARY CODE·Ch. 7 Training and Active Duty of National Guard; Benefits of
(a)As used in section 5 of this chapter,
"member" refers to the following:
(1)A member of the Indiana national guard.
(2)A member of a reserve component.
(3)A member of the retired personnel of the naval, air, or ground
forces of the United States.
(b)The term includes a qualified member.
