§ 10-16-5-3 — Duties of members
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 16 INDIANA MILITARY CODE·Ch. 5 Military Department of Indiana Ceremonial Unit
The members of the ceremonial unit shall
perform the duties imposed upon them by this chapter in a volunteer
status. However, the state armory board shall pay the actual expenses
of the members incident to the performance of their duties from
donations made to the board for the management and maintenance of
the ceremonial unit.
