Text
(a)A local armory board may retain all rental,
income, earnings, and any and all other receipts accrued through its
operation of the local armory.
(b)The local armory board shall keep a full and complete record of
funds the board receives and disburses. The report is subject to audit
and submitted to the adjutant general not later than July 1 of each year
and at other times as the adjutant general requires.
(c)A local armory board, subject to approval of the state armory
board, may expend revenue received for the improvement, including
street improvement, alterations, repair, and maintenance of the armory
and facilities under its control. The local armory board may expend the
funds for the benefit of state military organizations assigned to the local
