§ 10-16-4-4 — Donations and contributions
(a)A local armory board may receive from
counties, cities, and municipalities donations of land or contributions
of money to aid in providing or erecting improvements on the armories.
(b)A donation or contribution received under this section shall be
held as other property for the use of the state.
