Text
(a)The senior member of a local armory board
shall serve as president of the local armory board.
(b)The president of a local armory board shall do the following:
(1)Report all actions taken by the local board to the state armory
board.
(2)Keep a record of all expenditures, income, and actions
authorized by the local board.
(3)Submit an annual report to the state armory board of the
information described in subdivisions (1) and (2) by January 15
of each year.
(c)A president of a local armory board is an ex officio member of
the state armory board and may attend all meetings concerning the
president's armory called by the president of the state armory board. A
president of a local armory board may be a voting member of the state
armory board only on matters of local concern and of spec
