§ 10-16-4-2 — Powers

(a) The local armory boards shall do the
following:
(1) Carry into effect all rules and regulations adopted by the state
armory board.
(2) Recommend rules and regulations concerning local matters to
the state armory board.
(3) Prescribe their own rules and regulations concerning local
matters.
(4) In the absence of any directive or rule from the state armory
board, take local actions necessary to maintain and administer the
needs of the local armory.
(b) A local armory board shall report any initial action described in
subsection (a) to the state armory board for final ratification. An action
described in subsection (a) is considered ratified by the state armory
board if:
(1) the state armory board does not take any action; and
(2) the local armory board receives notification of any action;
not more than twenty (20) days after the date the local armory board
files a report under this subsection.
