Text
(a)If the state armory board receives from
the governor information of the disbandment of the organization of the
armed forces of Indiana occupying and using an armory, the state
armory board shall take charge of the armory.
(b)The state armory board shall sell the armory for the highest price
at public or private sale after publication of the sale for a period of ten
(10)days and return the proceeds into the state treasury.
