(a)The Indiana cyber civilian corps program advisory board is established within the military department.
(b)The advisory board is composed of the following members:
(1)The adjutant general or the adjutant general's designee.
(2)The director of information technology services who is employed by a state agency or political subdivision and who is appointed by the chief information officer, or the director's designee.
(3)The superintendent of the state police department or the superintendent's designee.
(4)The designee of the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity.
(5)A mayor or county commissioner appointed to the advisory board by the governor.
(6)A designee of the president pro tempore of the senate.
(7)A designee of the speaker of the house of representatives.
(8)A designee
