§ 10-16-16-1 — Active and reserve duty military personnel jury service exemption
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 16 INDIANA MILITARY CODE·Ch. 16 Military Academy Officers and Miscellaneous
An individual who serves on:
(1)active duty; or
(2)reserve duty while on military orders;
in the armed forces of the United States or the Indiana National Guard
is exempt from service on any jury in any court of Indiana.
