Text
(a)The lieutenant colonel in command of the
battalion of the marine corps militia shall be appointed by the governor
from the regular marine corps reserve officers in Indiana.
(b)The lieutenant colonel shall act as chief of staff subject to the
orders of the:
(1)governor;
(2)adjutant general; and
(3)major general commandant of the United States Marine Corps.
