§ 10-16-15-4 — Vessels, boats, and equipment
The commander in chief may accept and use
from the United States Navy, or from any other source, for the marine
corps militia any vessel, lifeboat, boat gear, boat equipment, life-saving
equipment, rifles, field pieces, and any other naval equipment or
life-saving equipment necessary to properly safeguard the lives and
property of the citizens of Indiana.
