§ 10-16-15-3 — Laws applicable to marine corps militia forces
All provisions of law relating to governing,
maintaining, and equipping the land military forces of Indiana apply
equally to and govern the marine corps militia forces, except provisions
that are inconsistent with the different nature of the service.
