Indiana Statutes
§ 10-16-11-7 — Council of administration; audit and settlement of accounts
The council of administration shall:
(1)audit and settle the account of the organization for which the
council is appointed; and
(2)pass specific resolves for all expenditures of the funds of the
organization.
