Text
If property owned by the state for the use of
the Indiana national guard is determined by the governor or the
adjutant general to not be of value to the Indiana national guard, the
governor or the adjutant general may enter in the records of the military
department an entry to the effect that the property is not valuable to the
Indiana national guard.
