§ 10-16-1-6 — "Commanding officer"
"Commanding officer" means the commander
of a company, a troop, a battery, a squadron, a battalion, an air group,
a regiment, a brigade, a battle group, a wing, a division, a post, an
installation, or a joint forces headquarters.
