Indiana Statutes
§ 10-16-1-10 — "Federally recognized national guard"
"Federally recognized national guard" means
that part of the Indiana national guard that has met all the requirements
for and has been recognized by the national military establishment as
a part of the reserve components of the armed forces of the United
States.
