5. As used in this chapter, "low level radioactive waste" means radioactive material from a facility licensed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission under 10 CFR 50 other than the following:
(1)High level radioactive waste.
(2)Spent nuclear fuel.
(3)Transuranic waste.
(4)Byproduct material (as defined in 42 U.S.C. 2014(e)).
