Text

To qualify for a grant under section 6 of this chapter, the eligible entity must apply to the agency on forms provided by the agency. The application must include the following:

(1)A description and estimated cost of the damage caused by the disaster to the entity.
(2)The manner in which the entity intends to use the grant money.
