§ 10-14-4-9 — Grant application for eligible entity other than individual

Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 14 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT·Ch. 4 State Disaster Relief Fund

To qualify for a grant under section 6 of this chapter, the eligible entity must apply to the agency on forms provided by the agency. The application must include the following:

(1)A description and estimated cost of the damage caused by the disaster to the entity.
(2)The manner in which the entity intends to use the grant money.
(3)Any other information required by the agency. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-4-1-29(j).]
