Text
(a)This section applies only to an eligible
entity that is an individual.
(b)The amount of loss that may be compensated for damages to an
individual's property:
(1)must be at least five hundred dollars ($500); and
(2)may not be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
(c)Only one (1) individual per residence is eligible for
compensation under this section.
