Text
This chapter may not be construed to compel a person, either on behalf of:
(1)the person;
(2)the person's child less than eighteen (18) years of age; or
(3)a protected person for whom the person acts as a guardian;
to submit to any physical examination, medical treatment, or
immunization if the person, parent, or guardian relies in good faith on
spiritual means or prayer to prevent or cure disease or suffering and
objects to the treatment in writing.
