§ 10-13-8-9 — Agreements with program participants
(a)The department may enter into an
agreement with one (1) or more:
(1)broadcasters; or
(2)electronic billboard operators;
to issue blue alerts under a blue alert program established under this
chapter.
(b)The superintendent shall designate staff responsible for the
operation of the blue alert program.
