§ 10-13-8-13 — Notifying department of apprehension of suspect or location of missing officer
A law enforcement agency that locates or
apprehends the suspect or locates the missing law enforcement officer
described in section 8(a)(1) of this chapter shall notify the department
as soon as practicable.
