§ 10-13-6-6 — "DNA sample"
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 6 Indiana DNA Data Base
As used in this chapter, "DNA sample" means a blood, tissue, or other body fluid sample:
(1)provided by a person with respect to offenses covered by this
chapter; or
(2)submitted to the state police laboratory under this chapter for
analysis or storage, or both.
