§ 10-13-6-21 — Unlawful tampering
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 6 Indiana DNA Data Base
A person who knowingly or intentionally
without lawful authority tampers with or attempts to tamper with any
DNA sample or a container collected under section 10 of this chapter
commits a Level 6 felony.
