§ 10-13-5-9 — Notification of law enforcement agency of located child

If a missing child is found, the child's parent or legal custodian shall notify the law enforcement agency that received the missing child notification under IC 31-36 (or IC 31-6-13 before its repeal). [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-1-7-6.]
