§ 10-13-5-9 — Notification of law enforcement agency of located child
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 5 Indiana Clearinghouse for Information on Missing
If a missing child is found, the child's parent or
legal custodian shall notify the law enforcement agency that received
the missing child notification under IC 31-36 (or IC 31-6-13 before its
repeal).
