§ 10-13-3-29 — Use by noncriminal justice organizations or individuals restricted
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 3 Criminal History Information
A noncriminal justice organization or individual that receives a limited criminal history may not use it for purposes:
(1)other than those stated in the request; or
(2)that deny the subject any civil right to which the subject is
entitled.
