§ 10-13-3-2 — "Care"
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 3 Criminal History Information
As used in this chapter, "care" means the
provision of care, treatment, education, training, instruction,
supervision, or recreation to children less than eighteen (18) years of
age.
