§ 10-13-3-13 — "No contact order"

As used in this chapter, "no contact order" means an order that prohibits a person from having direct or indirect contact with another person and that is issued under any of the following:
(1)IC 31-32-13.
(2)IC 31-34-20.
(3)IC 31-37-19-1.
(4)IC 31-37-19-6.
(5)IC 33-39-1-8.
(6)IC 35-33-8-3.2.
(7)IC 35-38-2-2.3.
