§ 10-13-3-12 — "National criminal history background check"
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 3 Criminal History Information
As used in this chapter, "national criminal
history background check" means the criminal history record system
maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation based on fingerprint
identification or any other method of positive identification.
