§ 10-13-3-10 — "Law enforcement agency"

(a)As used in this chapter, "law enforcement
agency" means an agency or a department of any level of government
whose principal function is the apprehension of criminal offenders.
(b)The term includes:
(1)the office of the attorney general; and
(2)the office of the inspector general.
