§ 10-13-2-9 — Adoption of rules
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 13 STATE POLICE DATA AND INFORMATION·Ch. 2 Criminal Justice Data Division
(a)The superintendent shall adopt rules
necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
(b)In formulating the rules, the superintendent shall have the advice
and assistance of the criminal justice advisory committee established
by section 10 of this chapter.
