Text
(a)The criminal justice data division is
established within the department.
(b)The division is under the administrative control and jurisdiction
of the superintendent.
(c)The superintendent may:
(1)staff the division with personnel necessary for its efficient
operation; and
(2)adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
