§ 10-11-9-3 — Operation of center
(a)The department shall operate the Indiana
intelligence fusion center under the direction of the governor.
(b)The department shall cooperate with:
(1)the department of homeland security;
(2)local, state, or federal government agencies; and
(3)private organizations;
subject to applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including
28 CFR 23.
