§ 10-11-9-2 — Establishment

Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 11 STATE POLICE·Ch. 9 Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center

The Indiana intelligence fusion center is established to:

(1)collect;
(2)integrate;
(3)evaluate;
(4)analyze;
(5)disseminate; and
(6)maintain; criminal intelligence information and other information to support governmental agencies and private organizations in detecting, preventing, investigating, and responding to criminal and terrorist activity in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including 28 CFR 23.
