Text
The department may use money from the fund to do the following:
(1)Provide additional persons to conduct investigations into
violations of drug and controlled substances statutes.
(2)Purchase laboratory equipment and other equipment necessary
to assist in the effort to control illegal drug activity.
(3)Provide technical and investigative assistance to local law
enforcement agencies to combat illegal drug activity.
(4)Fund other programs designed to reduce illegal drug activity.
