Text
Authorization for attendance at the conferences
by city, town, or county law enforcement officers, trainees, or
applicants shall be issued by the county auditor on recommendation of
the executive authority of the law enforcement agency, office, or
department to which the officer, trainee, or applicant belongs or has
applied for membership.
