§ 10-11-6-2 — Training program supervision; subjects
(a)The training program courses shall be
conducted under the supervision and direction of the superintendent.
(b)The training programs must include courses of instruction in the
following subjects:
(1)Detection, pursuit, apprehension, and conviction of criminals.
(2)Safety and first aid assistance.
(3)Any other subject the superintendent considers appropriate.
